Installation & Retrieval Services

We take enormous pride in ensuring our play areas are installed to perfection, which is reflected in our travel fee. This includes safe/professional installation and retrieval, staff labour and travel time, on site equipment sanitisation, and vehicle fuel and maintenance for 2x return trips from our Auckland HQ to your party address.

Outside Standard Service Areas for Installation/Delivery:

The Good Party Co will deliver to postcodes/addresses outside the standard delivery zones by prior arrangement. Subject to availability and additional travel fees of $1.50 per km travelled return.

Scenario 1: Kylie wants to hire a soft play package for her daughter's 1st birthday at Papamoa Surf Lifesaving Club. This venue is 12.3km outside our standard $249 Tauranga standard travel zone.

Total travelled distance return = 24.6km x $1.50 = $36.90
Total travel fee is = $285.90

Scenario 2: Sarah wants to hire a bounce castle and lives in Orewa, Auckland. This is outside our standard $149 flat rate Auckland delivery zone. Sarah will pay $1.50 per km travelled outside the zone / beyond the Harbour Bridge on top of the $149 flat rate delivery fee. Distance from the Harbour Bridge to her Orewa venue is 34km each way.

Total additional travelled distance = 68km x $1.50 = $102.00
Additional travel fee of $102.00 + $149.00 Auckland standard fee.
Total travel fee is $251.00
