Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy Summary; 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your date. Date changes made prior to fourteen (14) days before the Event Date will be subject to a change fee of 25% of the Invoice. Date changes made within fourteen (14) days of the Event Date will be subject to a change fee of 50% of the invoice. All date change fees must be paid in full with the remaining balance at the time of the date change and a new contract will be formed for new signatures with the new date and information related to the event. Covid Related Cancellation Summary;
50% non-refundable deposit required upfront to secure your date, and the rest is due 7 days prior to your event. In the event we deem a cancellation or postponement due to Health Pandemic/Covid Alert Level Restrictions, we can transfer your deposit to another available date. If you opt to cancel instead of postpone due to a Covid Lockdown, we refund all money paid to us (less the non-refundable deposit).
